Here is the history of the site....

They contacted 123SiteCreators because they were frustrated with the lack of support from their web designer and because they pages were not ranking on Google searches. So initially this site started off as a "re-write" to clean up these issues. The original site consisted of a static 5 page design with a down-loadable catalog. Captain Levi's had to email any changes they wanted on the website to the designer and then hope the designer would make the changes. They also had to maintain their catalog on their office computer, so they would spends a couple of months updating the descriptions, pictures and prices, then email this new catalog information to their web designer. Again, hopefully the designer would place this new catalog information quickly on their site so their customers could down load it. This total process took about 3 months.

What we did....

First we installed our support software on Captain Levi's computer. If Captain Levi's had a question, they clicked on the our support icon, told us the new password code that was generated for the session and bingo, we are looking at their screen, watching what they are doing and providing quality assistance and support. It's just like we are standing behind you looking over your shoulder!

Then 123SiteCreators put in place an online catalog which included a shopping cart..... now their customers see the latest catalog (no more emailing to the web designer) and we added a "PDF" button so their customers can download the current catalog in PDF format for off-line ordering. With our "Easy Change" software, if Captain Levi's wants change their catalog, maybe add a new product, adjust a description, change a picture or update a price it takes only a couple of seconds, which insures their customers are always looking at the latest information.

123SiteCreators also went to work on their site. We setup a strong security system to keep out hackers, we add a graphics pleasing FAQ page, reciprocal linking, cross-linking within the site, SEO address terms, key word phase support, meta tag page support and provided Captain Levi's with "Easy Change" software to update any part of their web site when ever they want. For instance, if the owner had a great idea at midnight, he would not have to email the designer the changes, he could just make the changes at that moment!

Best of all, 123SiteCreators implemented our comprehensive search engine optimization strategy to get their web pages showing up on Google searches... why? because this is what makes the phone ring! Before we started, they where invisible on a Google search, now they are showing up consistantly on the first page and for some of their key word phases, they are in the number one spot.... Yep, the phones are ringing!!
