Depending on the type of product or the service you purchased from us dictates the type of support you will receive. We offer support in several forms, but the most common is by phone or email. We respond to received emails within 12 hours, but since our emails are monitored continuously, most likely it will be within the hour.

When we provide phone support, it is in conjuction with our desktop sharing software, so when we talk, it's just like we are looking over your shoulder.
